1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Astrovishtra's Vedic astrology and Kundali generation services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2Description of Service

Astrovishtra provides digital astrological calculations, Kundali (birth chart) generation, planetary movement tracking (Gochar), Dasha period analysis, Kundali matching, and related premium insights based on the birth details you provide. All calculations use exact-degree ephemeris computation rather than generic Sun sign groupings.

3User Obligations and Accuracy of Data

• Data accuracy: You must provide accurate date, time, and place of birth. The quality of astrological output depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you submit.

• Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental consent, to make any purchase on this platform.

• Permitted use: You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or access the service through any method other than our official interface.

4Purchases, Wallet and Refunds

• Wallet system: Funds added to the in-app wallet are non-transferable and can only be used to purchase premium insights, Prashna chat messages, and reports within the platform.

• No refunds on digital goods: All purchases — 1-Year Blueprint, 5-Year Trajectory, Soul Blueprint, and Kundali Matching reports — are final once generated and delivered to your dashboard.

• Technical failures: In the event of a verified technical failure on our end where a report is not delivered, we will credit your wallet with an equivalent amount.

6Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Astrovishtra, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the Astrovishtra platform — including algorithms, report formats, UI design, copy, and astrological interpretation frameworks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Astrovishtra, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.

8Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

9Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect via email to your registered address. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
